You only need to complete it once, and it takes a few hours. It is conducted by OSOTCAM and costs you nothing.

You earn a fixed fee per completed delivery. The exact amount is shown clearly in the app before you accept any order — you always know what you will earn before you commit. There are no hidden deductions. Your earnings are paid out on a regular schedule directly to your account.

Yes, completely. There are no fixed shifts and no minimum hours required. You simply go online in the OSOTCAM rider app when you are available and go offline when you are not. You can deliver a few orders in the morning, take a break, and come back in the evening — it is entirely up to you.

Yes. OSOTCAM does not require exclusivity. You are free to work with other platforms alongside OSOTCAM. Simply go offline on the OSOTCAM app when you are accepting orders elsewhere, and switch back when you are ready.

The app will prompt you to contact the customer directly. If the customer remains unreachable, the app guides you through the next steps. For situations like this, you will still be compensated for your time and travel. The training course covers this scenario in detail.

We ask riders to maintain a good completion rate and a respectful approach to patients — because medicines matter more than a food delivery, and patients expect care. Riders who consistently deliver a great experience may receive priority access to more orders. There is no punitive deactivation for occasional issues handled in good faith.
